Alright, as the recording process nears completion, I’m starting to zero in on an approximate release date. That is, September.
Currently doing some final touches on a few songs and will upload a few for listening soon

Last night I got piss drunk.

I stood in the mirror but my reflection seemed different. The figure that stood before me seemed like a poorly groomed and gloomy version of myself.

“I wish I never had to deal with the pain of losing her…” I said to myself.

“Wait a minute,” bounced back the figure in the mirror, “You actually had her? Seriously, you had her? Well I’m the version of you that never kissed her that night. I’ll regret it forever.”

“Look” I said, in my shallow voice, “It’s over, you’re much better off without her”

“WHAT?” angered the figure, “LOOK AT ME” he cried out, “I’m wretched and unhappy, only misery lies ahead of me”

“Big whoop” I said, “You got off easy man. I had her, and then I lost her, and you have no idea how bad that hurts”

Then I walked away from the mirror and collapsed on my bed. My eyes locking on old photos of us that were spread out around the bed among a couple of empty bottles of red wine. I slowly moved my head and looked at the ceiling.

“It was better to not have loved at all.”, I was talking to myself again “I wish I could take it all away, erase that part from my memories. The good with the bad. To hell with it all.”

Suddenly images starting projecting on my ceiling. Images of us… laughing, in that old apartment. Images of the magical night we spent on New Years, of the morning after. Images of me meeting her parents. Images of us lying in bed. Images of us in the snow. Images of us on the seashore. Images of us walking in the forest. And then a brilliant bright light ablaze from my ceiling, and the ghost of her walking down towards me in her underwear, she had such beautiful hair, and her eyes, oh those beautiful eyes…

Then I jumped out of my sleep screaming “WAIT!” “NO!”

I started weeping… and I whispered “I want to keep it… Please… let me keep it.”…
